Screen-reader structure

ACCESS SHOULD BE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
Made of More is being built for people who use screen readers, refreshable Braille displays, magnification, voice control, keyboards, captions, transcripts, and other assistive technology.
Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, link names, form labels, language information, and text descriptions for important artwork.
Every action must work without a mouse. A skip link moves directly to the main content, and keyboard focus remains clearly visible.
Every episode page will include a complete, searchable transcript with speakers identified and meaningful sounds noted.
Text can be enlarged, contrast remains strong, layouts reflow on small screens, and the site respects reduced-motion and high-contrast settings.
Important illustrations receive useful descriptions. Decorative marks are hidden from screen readers so they do not create noise.
Reports, translations, original-language controls, status messages, and moderation actions receive clear spoken labels and do not rely on color alone.
Accessibility is ongoing. Before public launch, the complete site will be tested using keyboard-only navigation, automated accessibility checks, text enlargement, and at least one major screen reader. A way to report an accessibility problem will be added once the official Made of More contact email is chosen.
