What Made of More is
Made of More brings together Leigh’s podcast, readable transcripts, weekly reflection prompts, useful resources, and a private account journal. Start wherever you feel comfortable. You never need to share a diagnosis or tell your story to belong here.
Be kind, including to yourself
Speak with respect for different identities, cultures, beliefs, languages, and experiences. Disagreement is okay. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, and pressure to share personal details are not.
Let people own their stories
Share only what is yours to share. Do not send someone else’s private messages, identifying details, or personal story without their permission. When describing difficult experiences, use only the detail needed to explain your point.
Offer a resource, not a diagnosis
Personal experience can be valuable, but it does not tell us what another person needs. Please do not diagnose others, promise a cure, or encourage someone to stop professional care. Resource suggestions are reviewed before publication; submitting one does not guarantee it will appear.
Take care when something feels heavy
You can stop reading, skip an episode, or take a break at any time. This website is for education and reflection. It is not therapy, medical advice, crisis counseling, or emergency monitoring. Contact forms and resource suggestions are not an urgent-help service.
Find crisis and mental-health support. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Languages and listening
Choose English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic using the language menu. Translations can make mistakes; check the original wording if something seems unclear. Leigh’s recordings stay in English and use her own voice.
Accounts and boundaries
Accounts are for adults age 18 and older. Keep your password and sign-in links private, and sign out on shared devices. We may decline submissions or restrict accounts used for abuse or to compromise the site. Your private journal is not a place Leigh monitors for requests for help.
Questions are welcome
If something on the site is confusing, harmful, or inaccurate, contact Leigh. Include the page or resource so it can be reviewed, and avoid sending unnecessary private details. Messages are not continuously monitored.
Thank you for helping make this a thoughtful place to land.
